Thomas graduated from NUI Galway in 2007. He is in the final year of his specialist training on the Ballinasloe General Practice Specialist Training Programme. He holds higher diplomas in Sports and Exercise Medicine and in Women’s Health. He also has membership of the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland. Thomas’ areas of interest include sports medicine and minor surgery.
