As part of our ongoing dedication to providing the best possible care to our patients we now offer a limited online Video-Consultation service with the doctor of your choice. To avail of this service you will require a fast and reliable broadband connection in addition to a webcam and microphone.
Please note that this is a limited service and is available by appointment only. Please contact reception by email or phone to find out more. The option of a Video-Consultation is at the discretion of the designated practice doctor and requests for a video-consultations may be declined in favour of a face-to-face consultation where a physical examination is considered more appropriate.
While Video-Consultations are very useful in the correct circumstances the clinical examination is limited to observation assessments only – accordingly you may be asked by the doctor to attend the practice for a face-to-face consultation for further clinic examination after the Video-Consultation where considered necessary.
Any information obtained during your Video-Consultation will be treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with our data protection policies – as if you were attending the practice in person.
