We accept repeat prescription requests from our patients in the following ways:
- Written requests sent via email to info@cssdoctor.ie
- Written requests sent via post to Castle Street Surgery, Roscommon, F42 P797
- Verbal requests via telephone by calling 09066 26644
Your prescription will be sent electronically directly to your elected pharmacy – there is no need to attend the practice to collect the prescription in person.
Please note that the doctor may need to see you for a medication review or blood tests before a repeat prescription is issued.
We will endeavour to make all repeat prescriptions available within 2 working days of a request. Although the process may take slightly longer during busy periods. Be sure to request your repeat prescription at least 2 working days before your medications are due to finish.
We do not send prescriptions for antibiotics or steroids without seeing the patient first. Please contact reception to book an appointment with the doctor.
Prescriptions cannot be issued by reception staff or nurses.
